The TDA080-M Electric Heavy-Duty Tape Dispenser with programmable 5 length memory is ideal for high production of repetitive taping for industrial applications. It can program up to 5 lengths into its memory and automatically advance and cut tape.

The TDA080-M can accept tape widths from 6mm ( .25” ) to 80mm (3.15”) and cut lengths from 40mm (1.6”) to 9999mm (394”). This tape dispenser is of heavy-duty metal construction with all-metal gears and advancement rollers and has four modes of operation: manual feed-manual cut; manual feed and cut; auto feed and cut; and interval feed and cut.

Description

Designed for the most demanding production environments the TDA080-M Heavy Duty Programmable Tape Dispenser features a guillotined cut for a straight edge piece of tape. It also has digital push switch display for easy length adjustments and a safety interlock. The feed speed is 16.8cm/second and users can enjoy accuracy +/- 1mm (.04”) dependent on the type of tape. Suitable for 229mm (9") maximum outside diameter roll, it comes with 76mm (3”) diameter core. An optional foot switch is available and there is an anti-static brush option. Applications include paint masking, motor manufacturing and protective film.
