The TDA060 Electric Tape Dispenser with programmable 8-length memory is ideal for medium to high production of repetitive taping for industrial applications. It can program up to 8 lengths into its memory and automatically advance and cut tape. The TDA060 can accept tape widths from 5mm ( 0.20” ) to 60mm (2.3”) and cut lengths from 5mm (0.2”) to 9,999mm (394”). As well as a large variety of tapes including Cellophane, Mending, Kraft, Cloth, TPP, Double-sided, Filament and Acrylic, the TDA060 can dispense non-adhesive materials like tubing, ribbon, etc.

Description

Using the TDA060 LED display, feed-and-cut can be set to automatically advance and cut the material. The photosensor detects if there is tape at the outlet for accurate and consistent feeds and cuts. The feed and cut can also be operated manually with a push button. Preset lengths (5 to 9,999 mm) can be overridden for a custom cut and then returned to the auto-feed settings. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape.

Suitable for 190mm (7.5") maximum outside diameter roll, the 3-in-1 (25mm, 35mm, 76mm) core holder allows a range of tape roll sizes to be mounted. The dispenser has a steel frame for durability and a cabinet made from flame-retardant, anti-static composite.
