The zcM1000 range dispensers have LED digital length adjustment and allow manual override of preset lengths. Their blades are good for up to 200,000 cuts (dependent on type of material) and they are built with a steel frame for durability. The dispenser housing is made from flame-retardant, antistatic composite (auto ignition of 480°C/896°F). They are supplied with a 3-in-1 core (25mm (1”), 35mm (1.4”) and 76mm (3”) and have an adjustable pressure roller for various thicknesses of tape. Accuracy of tape length is +/– 1mm (.04”) although this can depend on the type of material.

There are many available accessories which fit this machine, including foot switches, creasers, dual cutting heads, tape core holders, liner removers and reel stands.
