The zcM1100 Electric Tape Dispenser with Safety Guard Cutting Head is ideal for medium to high production of repetitive taping for industrial applications. The safety guard system prevents activation of the cutter when foreign objects are present i.e. fingers, tools, etc. This dispenser can program a defined length and automatically advance and cut tape. It offers photocell-actuated feed and cut, or push-button feed and cut functionality, and gives a guillotined cut to dispense a straight edge piece of tape. This Standard model accepts tape widths 7mm-51mm (0.28-2”) and cuts tape lengths from 30mm-999mm (1.2-39″).

Description

This zcM1100 dispenser has LED digital length adjustment and allows manual override of preset lengths. Its blades are good for up to 200,000 cuts (dependent on type of material) and it is built with a steel frame for durability. The dispenser housing is made from flame-retardant, antistatic composite (auto ignition of 480°C/896°F). It is supplied with a 3-in-1 core (25mm (1”), 35mm (1.4”) and 76mm (3”) and has an adjustable pressure roller for various thicknesses of tape. Accuracy of tape length is +/– 1mm (.04”) although this can depend on the type of material.

There are many available accessories which fit this machine, including creasers, tape core holders, liner remover and reel stands.

The zcM1100 range includes specific models for narrow tapes, Kapton or Polyimide Film tapes, thin tapes, protective films and double-sided and VHB tapes.
